Help the girls reunite with their father

I almost lost my husband due to a car accident, resulting him to be in Trauma Unit and ICU for 6 days.  I found his car after using the find my device app since he was not replying to my texts. The accident happened last week on Lantana and Dixie. When I stopped I was told by the police department that he was transported to the hospital, and that he was unconscious but still breathing.  It was a very stressful time for me because I did not have any news of him from the hospital for at least an hour and a half, and the staff made me wait outside because of covid.  When I finally got some news from the hospital staff, he was in the resucitation unit waiting to be moved to the Trauma unit, but he had a brain bleed, a broken nose, bruised ribs and sternum, and later found out that his right radial bone was fractured and required a plate with screws to be installed.  He was under a lot of stress because the mortgage arrangement that he had with his ex wife to make the final payment on the second loan modification, which will ultimately be cancelled because she did not pay her last month portion of the deal, and instead used the money to hire an attorney.  Keep in mind that this was the SECOND mortgage loan modification he made so she could keep the house and have a place to live while the house's other legal matters were being delt with.  The first modification, he paid all the payments on time and when he handed her the mortgage bill after everything was straightened out, she allowed it to go back into default by not paying her portion of the mortgage. Before the car accident, he had mentioned in the past to her, that his daughters said to him that they did not have their own room or bed.  They also came to our house with flea bites, and had been exposed to weed and there were machetes on one of the sofa. He got concerned and he went to his house to investigate and ended up taking pictures of this. Called DCF and the place was was considered by them to not be dangerous or threatening despite having video and picture evidence.  She then decided the next morning to call DCF on us out of spite.  The car accident occured that night and while he was unconscious in trauma and ICU, his ex decided to skip out on the last payment and instead hire an attorney to start a custody and real estate battle against him, after he let her live at their marital home for 2 years mortgage free. Not only do we have medical bills, a car to buy, but now we have attorney fees coming from lawyers who are kind enough to work with our situation.  The first attorney that is representing us is Brian Gabriel.  Please help us get our girls back.  She took his kids while he was in the hospital unconscious(it feels like kidnapping) with a restraining order that says that she is scared that we will take and move the kids out of United States, they do not even have passports.  She even lied to the police and said he killed her cat. Please this is outrageous that now in this day and age a father can lose his rights because a he/she just lies on a court injunction.  Also, not only lose his rights but we cannot see then until December 30th when the first available court date is.   We need your support to help with the legal fees that this long battle will entail.  We are very involved in their lives.  We did everything that their "mother" was supposed to do and teach them..  potty trained the little one, taught the eldest to ride a bike and read, jump rope,to swim, ride skate board, to cook(age appropriate things), gardening,. Take them on vacations to Orlando and most importantly, diciplined them when it is needed, so they could grow to be good citizens.
