On November 25, 2025, my best friend Josey woke up to a phone call no wife wishes to receive. Her husband and my long-time friend, Zach, was in a trucking accident. His truck flipped, and he was being rushed to the trauma center at the hospital by an ambulance.

Thankfully, Zach is conscious and able to communicate, but he's lost all feeling from the chest down. He fractured his neck/spine, which will require surgery. He's battled fevers and has breathing machines to help his low oxygen levels. Hospital staff told Josey to prepare for the fact that Zach won't be leaving the hospital for at least a month and will require extensive physical therapy even after he gets back home.

The Geitz family (including their 2 young kiddos) recently relocated to Georgia from Wisconsin for Zach's job, so they could all use our support right now. If you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Zach or Josey, you know they'd do anything within their power to help the people around them. Let's show them this Thanksgiving/Christmas just how much they mean to us and help them cover their upcoming medical expenses.

Nov. 27 Update: Zach was sedated and put in a ventilator to allow his body time to rest and heal. Please join us in prayer for big miracles.
