The Geel Family, close friends of mine, recently experienced a devastating flood that turned their lives upside down. Their lower level, which was beautifully finished and served as bedrooms for their triplet boys, was severely damaged. The floodwaters destroyed much of what made their house a home, and to make matters worse, their insurance is unlikely to cover the losses. Because the damage occurred in an area considered a basement, it is deemed uninsurable, leaving the family with little to no support from their policy.

The aftermath has been incredibly challenging for the Geel Family. The boys lost their bedrooms and many of their personal belongings, and the family is now faced with the daunting task of rebuilding and replacing what was lost. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward helping them restore their home and replace the items that were unrecoverable. This support will help bring a sense of stability and comfort back to their lives, especially for the children who have lost so much.
