Driving up to where your home use to be and seeing nothing but blocks and one bicycle would be devastating for anyone, but more so to a 4 & 6 year old. Their home was obliterated in the tornado in Ohatchee, AL during the storms on March 25, 2021. Nothing but splinters of glassware and plywood was left behind. Lawsyn their youngest, “the tornado took our home, i want to fight it!” shows even the smallest mind understands frustration. Jeff & Laura worked so hard on their new home and made so many memories in the last two years. Not only did it take everything they had but also what Laura had of her grandmother and father that just passed. A picture of her and her father at graduation was found 120 miles away in Ranger Georgia, showing just how far all of their belongings could be. Please help in any way you can, whether it be donations or prayer to help put their life back together. It is going to be a long road ahead to rebuild life as they knew it and could use any love and support anyone is willing to give.
