Help the Gaston & Rhodes Family in Their Time of Loss

On September 15, 2025, heaven gained a beautiful soul. Renee, only 36 years old, passed away unexpectedly after suffering a heart attack just days before. She leaves behind her loving husband, Joshua Rhodes, and their five precious children.

Renee was the daughter of my dear friend, Billy Gaston, who many of you know as a kind-hearted man and a swamp tour guide who brings joy to countless visitors. Billy and Joshua both walked with me on an ACTS retreat, and together we shared faith, fellowship, and brotherhood. Today, they are facing an unimaginable heartbreak.

In addition to grieving the loss of his daughter, Billy is under severe financial strain. He has been unable to work for several months due to a major back surgery followed by an emergency surgery. Funds were already stretched thin, and now he is faced with the burden of paying for his daughter’s final expenses.
