Help the Fuentes family pay for medical fees

Dear friends and family,

As you may know or are just now learning, one of our dear friends Christopher Fuentes was involved in a serious, near-fatal car accident. He was sent to a local hospital and is undergoing multiple surgeries. Chris has always been a great friend and even better brother and son. He's helped out in his community numerous times, including volunteering at church and helping out at his local school. He's also captain of the Junior Varsity Wakefield soccer team and a hard-working student. Chris has always been a great friend to all and even a small donation would help him and his family through these troubled times.
