Hello friends and family!
My name is Caitlyn and I am organizing this fundraiser for my little sister Kelly and her family to assist with financial hardship due to my niece, 2-year-old baby girl Briar, recently being diagnosed with B-ALL type Leukemia. As we all know, cancer can be a long, hard-fought battle for survival and the Fritz family needs our help.
Briar is everything my sister could have ever wished for. Kelly and Travis love their 3 boys beyond the moon and back, but something was missing to complete their family: a sweet baby girl.
Kelly and Travis' family was finally complete on August 7th, 2023, when sweet little Briar Kate came into the world. Everything was perfect.
Fast forward to August 27th, 2025. Just a few weeks after Briar celebrated her 2nd birthday, their world was turned upside down.
Briar was showing some strange signs of illness, prompting Kelly and Travis to take her to urgent care where they found Briar had very concerning blood test results and needed immediate ambulance transport to Children's Hospital. It was there it was confirmed: Sweet little Briar has cancer.
This is going to require Travis and Kelly's full attention, time, and resources to make sure Briar gets everything she needs to be cured. This will affect their ability to attend work and live a normal day-to-day life for the foreseeable future.
Aside from the added costs of treatment and tests for Briar, the costs to keep their home and care for the boys remain as well.
Monetary donations, prepared meals, groceries, gift cards, helping with the boys, prayers, words of encouragement, and just support in general would help tremendously and be appreciated beyond words.
All donations will be given directly to the Fritz family.
