Help the Fries Family Rebuild After Fire

Hello! My name is Erin and I'm starting this fundraiser for my dear friends Melissa and Brett Fries.

To know them is to love them. The Fries are a beloved family here in Huron. Melissa and Brett both work for Firelands Hospital and are generous, kind, and loving people. They have 5 amazing kids and their teenager Luke still lives at home.

Today their house caught fire. The damage is significant but by the graces that be the entire family including the cats and dogs are physically ok.... but as we can all imagine the emotional, mental, and financial toll is devastating. When I came into their kitchen to see the damage Brett was sifting through the rubble to find his wedding ring. That seemed to be his only concern even amidst the destruction. Luckily, we found it.

The Fries are a strong family unit and have a community who loves them but this is a long and painful process. They'll need somewhere to stay and all the other expenses that come with a tragedy like this.

Anything you can gift would be such a blessing. Community is everything and this is how we come together to support one another.
