Help The Freedman Family After Bad Car Accident

UPDATE: Josh is home from the hospital post surgery. His recovery has been slow and very painful thus far, needing assistance throughout his day. Thank you for all of the love and prayers.
On Sunday July 21, 2024, my husband Josh was in a very bad car accident. A wrong way driver collided with our camper on our way home from a weekend long camping trip. It rolled, along with Josh’s truck, several times before coming to a stop. Our dog Rusty was ejected from the bed, completely uninjured. Josh is currently a trauma patient at Covenant, where he is being treated. A few staples to his head, currently in a neck collar waiting for surgery due to a spinal cord injury. He’s in quite a bit of pain, but we are very lucky that he is alive. Our items our replaceable, our loved ones are not.
The girls and I were in my SUV, about 15 minutes ahead of him, stopped at a gas station waiting for him to meet up with us when I got a phone call from his phone number, which ended up being the first person on scene with him....I can’t even begin to describe what that does to you but I’d never wish it upon anyone. We rushed to the scene to be with him. There was a lot of screaming, tears, and uncertainty. Last night will live in our heads forever.
We are looking for support through this. Josh owns his own business and is the sole provider of our house hold. He is going to be out of work until he has recovered.
thank you.
