Help the Frediani Family Rebuild

My name is Marina Zadel, and I am the proud aunt of Paul Frediani Jr. I created this GoFundMe with Paul and Jackie’s knowledge and permission to help support them and their eight children after they lost everything in the devastating wildfire near Clinton, BC.

On July 24, 2026, Jackie and Paul Frediani Jr. and their eight children were forced to flee their home as the wildfire tore through the area.

Like so many families, they left believing they would return in a few days. Instead, they received heartbreaking news: their home was destroyed, their beloved animals were lost, and a lifetime of memories, family treasures, and everything they had worked so hard to build had been reduced to ashes.

Paul and Jackie have always put their family first. They now face the overwhelming challenge of starting over while helping their children navigate the loss of the only home they have ever known.

How the funds will be used: Donations will help provide immediate, day-to-day essentials while insurance assesses the damage and the family begins rebuilding. This includes temporary accommodation, clothing, food, personal hygiene items, children’s necessities, and living expenses. As many of us know, insurance claims following a natural disaster can take months to resolve. These funds will help the family meet their daily needs during this difficult period while they wait for the insurance process to unfold.

How the funds will be managed: All funds raised will be transferred directly to Paul and Jackie Frediani, who will use them to cover these living expenses and support their family as they begin rebuilding their lives.
