Help the Frahm Family Save Their Home

I am asking you all on behalf of the Frahm family, husband and wife, Danielle and Kevin and their 3 children.

One set to leave for college this fall.

One in high school , one in middle school. I have known this family for nearly 14 years. I've walked with them through Kevin's cancer, the birth of the their youngest, buying their first home, countless birthdays, my daughters birth, and graduation for their oldest. They've known all the highs and lows. Currently we're in a low spot, and we're scared, and looking for help.

They have experienced financial difficulties when the city of Two Rivers redid the road that they live on.

When construction was done on the road their taxes increased by $6,000 in one year. Because of this the mortgage payments doubled.

While working on the road, utilities were on and off. This messed with their plumbing and have had an issue with it ever since. They currently have been unable to fix it. So they leave their hot water off until it is time for everyone to filter through to shower and/or do dishes. Then it's right back off again.

Career changes had occurred this year and it has become difficult for them to stay on top of this. They receive news that their house may be going into quick sale/ foreclosure. The company has made it possible for them to avoid this by paying two months worth of mortgage payments

While this sounds like it would be easy, it isn't. They would need to come up with those 2 months and then the next month.

There's a vehicle that they are still paying on as well. We're adding this into the goal. In hopes that if funds are raised to pay the mortgage. Anything above that could go to the vehicle. By paying that down/ off would free funds to go towards to mortgage and ease that monthly pressure.
