Help the Fleming Family with Final Expenses and Heartache

We never thought such a tragedy would strike our family. But it did in the worst way, and here we are, dealing with the aftermath. Theadra Fleming, a loving mother and sister, and beloved grandmother, aunt, and cousin, was murdered at the hands of her only grandson, who buried her as an attempt to cover up his heinous crime.

As this tragedy is unspeakable, it is especially difficult for her only child, who in addition to paying his own mortgage and other financial obligations, is left with paying his mother's mortgage, taxes, insurance, and car note, etc. until everything goes through probate and legal channels, which is not a quick process. As you can imagine, he is grieving through a very difficult time of unimaginable heartache and indescribable pain.

The family of Theadra Fleming is trying to raise financial support to cover the expenses named above, as well as lawyer fees and final arrangements for a proper send off.

Theadra, who was an avid expert, quilter, retired RN and first responder, donated much of her time, and gave back wholeheartedly to her community by volunteering at nursing homes, schools, and community centers teaching others to quilt. She was the last person we ever thought something like this would happen to, as she was a generous and kind spirit.

All proceeds will go towards paying for her financial expenses and to ease the financial burden on her son, a retired and disabled veteran. Your donation will relieve some suffering and help him manage through this agonizing period.

Sometimes, tragedy allows folks to come together, which can bring out the best in people. Oftentimes, communities can show support in helping families through difficult times.
