A fire started at my grandma’s house in peñasco on Thursday December 11 around 2:30am. In the house was my grandma and grandpa and my uncle Nelson when it occurred. No one in the house knew about the fire until after it was getting out of control. One of dogs woke up Nelson to let know of the fire. He quickly got my grandpa out the house and away from the danger and went back in to save my grandma but she was hard to reach since the fire was already all over where she was laying at. He tried going in around four times to save her but couldn’t get her out in time. She passed away in her sleep before the fire got to her. Lucky my grandpa and my uncle are alive. This has affected all of us so much especially everything in the house completely destroyed all the belongings gone. Please take a moment to help us out it really means a lot to me and my family.
