Walter Adkins, formally known to everyone as Big Bill, finally found peace after many health battles. He was a father too many, accepting any and everyone with open arms & tough love. Anyone who entered his home or encountered Big Bill was treated as family and the rest was history. Unfortunately, Bill did not have life insurance and covering funeral & burial costs are a bit much.
