On January 30th Shawn unfortunately lost his life to the disease called addiction. He fought so hard for years, and through the years he celebrated many victories against it. He wanted so badly to please his parents, his family, his friends and most of all, himself. Shawn had a beautiful, big heart and his smile would touch your soul.
We are creating this fund to allow his family to grieve his tragic loss without the added financial stresses that include funeral costs, household utilities etc. His mother, Maureen, has worked so hard to be the very best provider and mother and has suffered her own challenges, especially through this time of Covid-19. If we could ease her financial stress in some way, I know Shawn would be forever grateful.
