Please help my family from a senseless shooting
Donation protected
Over a year ago, our lives were forever changed. My husband was shot six times in cold blood by our neighbor—simply for asking him not to plow snow into our driveway. One of the bullets struck him in the face before he collapsed, and the neighbor continued to shoot him while he was already on the ground. By some miracle, he survived.
He spent over a month in the hospital and has since undergone a long and painful recovery. While his physical wounds are slowly healing, the emotional and mental trauma remains heavy. He still cannot return to work, and the toll this has taken on our family is overwhelming.
We have two children, and every day is a battle just to stay afloat. We are struggling to pay our bills, keep food on the table, and maintain even the most basic necessities. I’ve tried to stay strong for my family, but we can’t do this alone anymore.
We’re asking for help—not because we want to, but because we have to. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing our story.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, for caring, and for standing by us during the most difficult time of our lives.
