Hello everyone, my name is Shalane Jack, the mother of Dacian Checora, my youngest son and the baby of our family. Late Sunday night, February 4th, 2024, Dacian had accidentally shot himself and was blessed to be still with us. Dacian is a loving, silly, outgoing, and always a happy kid. He will be turning 13 years old on February 14th. He attends Roosevelt Jr High where he enjoys spending time with his close friends when he’s not in class learning. When he's not spending time with his peers he likes to play video games and spending time with his family.
Dacian was transported to Primary Children’s Hospital and has a long road to recovery and will be needing multiple facial and bone reconstruction surgeries to which requires, possible lengthy hospitalizations here at Primary Children’s Hospital. We his family are needing prayers of his recovery and monetary donation's for our travels and all medical expenses that will be accumulated during his recovery. At this time I’d like to thank you all for your time and any donations will help no matter the amount. We appreciate all the help we can get.
