Help the Family of Chris Rodriguez

Donation protected

"  September 9th, 2020, I left work early to take my son to urgentcare. On my way home, I started calling Chris to speak to him. It went straight to voicemail. I tried to Facetime. Face time came up as "unavailable". I can see my house  from a distance. As I got closer, I saw  2 cars, whom I've never seen before, as well as two cop cars in front of my house. Some men were also standing on the sidewalk to my home. My immediate thought was there was an altercation between strangers in front of my house. As I pulled into the driveway, and tried to go into the house, they all started to walk towards me. One man introduced himself as Brian, Manager from Dutch Farms. He came to tell me that Chris had been involved in a horrible accident, and that he lost his life. From that moment on, I knew my life has changed forever.
My handsome, funny, generous, courageous fiance was involved in a horrible accident while trying to provide for his family. PROVIDE. He wasn't out looking for problems, he was out there working hard because he wanted us to go on vacation next week. We had it all planned out. Now plans have painfully  changed, and instead we will spend that time burying him. I was crying to him last week, telling him how important he was to me. Our love wasn't perfect, but it was one of the purest loves I've ever experienced. If I could turn back time, I would experience our love all over again.
It pains me to realize that our son won't grow up with his father. That his family and friends will have to live their lives without chris being present, that we all have to be strong and move on and get through life without this man that we all loved so much. I don't know how I'll be able to live life without him. But with the love and support from all of you means so much. "

During this difficult time, we're not just asking close family and friends for donations, but from the community that will forever remember him for this assistance into getting closure. In this trying time, we ask the people whom live's he's touched and have made fond memories with, to help Chelsea Buchanan and Xavier in any way that they're able, even if it's just a dollar, every little bit counts.
