Help the family of CC to get Handicap Van fixed

Some of you may or may not know that my niece Ciera is disabled. She was born with a very rare disorder that affects her hearing, eyesight and mobility. She is a wheelchair user and unable to walk. She relies on her parents and the transport van they own to get around safely. Unfortunately, the handicapped van they own requires repair as the transmission is starting to fail and needs the front axle repaired along with the tie rod. As you know, this is a costly repair and would take every penny they have to fix it. I am asking if anyone could help alleviate some of this financial burden it would be greatly appreciated. It would also allow CC to travel with her family and have safe transportation.
