When we returned to Gaza we began to prepare a new rented house in order to start a new life, and we finished equipping our house and our lives on Thursday, 5 October 2023, and on this day, we discovered that my wife was pregnant with our second child, Adam, and that our life was beginning to be determined. It is only a few weeks until my wife entered the hospital on March 15, 2024, to tell the doctors that she is in a premature birth and will be carried out through a caesarean section, It was no ordinary news that the duration of pregnancy was not two weeks to enter the ninth month, and 48 hours after we were in hospital, a lot of equipment was lacking and it was threatened with shelling. My wife went to the OR to get out of it in four hours.
