For 25 years, Reality Tuesday Café has been more than just a coffee shop and bakery—it has been a home. A place where friendships were formed over morning coffee, where families gathered, where milestones were celebrated, and where so many of us found comfort in the simple, familiar warmth of a place that always welcomed us in.
Today, that home is at risk of disappearing.
Due to ongoing building issues and years of unaddressed safety concerns—leaking roofs, faulty plumbing, unsafe conditions for both employees and customers—Reality Tuesday Café has been told they may have to close their doors by May 1st. Not because they’ve failed their community, but because the space they’ve poured their heart into has failed them.
This is a small, family-owned business that has stood strong for decades. Through changing times, through challenges, and even through the uncertainty of recent years, they’ve continued to show up for us. Now, they need us to show up for them.
We are raising funds to help Reality Tuesday Café relocate, rebuild, and continue serving the community that loves them so deeply. Every donation—no matter the size—brings them one step closer to keeping their dream alive and preserving a place that means so much to so many.
If you’ve ever shared a laugh there, found comfort there, or simply enjoyed a cup of coffee made with care, this is your chance to help protect that experience for years to come.
Let’s come together and make sure Reality Tuesday Café remains exactly that—a reality.
Thank you for your support, your generosity, and for believing in small businesses that make a big impact. ☕️
