Help the Evans Family Rebuild Their Home - Phase 1

The Evans Family, is facing an unexpected and challenging situation, and they need our support more than ever. They've always been the kind of people who try to handle their difficulties on their own, but now, they're in a position where they just can't do it alone. As their friend, I'm reaching out to you to ask for your help, grace, and support as they navigate this overwhelming journey.

Let me share part of their story with you:

Just over three months ago, they had to leave their home due to the discovery of black mold in their bathroom, stemming from a hidden leak within the walls. To make matters worse, storms damaged their roof while they were away, adding to their already difficult situation. Subsequent testing has revealed elevated levels of mold throughout their home. What's even more concerning is that Andrea has mycotoxin levels 6.5 times higher than normal. This dangerous mycotoxin can cause irreversible damage to vital organs like the lungs, kidneys, and liver, and it's even associated with cancer. Medical professionals believe it's reasonable to assume that the entire family may have raised levels as well. This situation has made it impossible for them to return home until it's properly addressed.

Due to the severity of the mycotoxin, they disposed of EVERYTHING in their home, an incredibly heart-wrenching experience for them. With the help of their family and church members, they have started the challenging process of tearing out their home; removing drywall and insulation to address the mold spores. During this process, they also discovered undisclosed FIRE damage that was merely covered up before they purchased their home. The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming. Insurance won't cover pre-existing damages and it will only cover mold issues up to $2,500, which is far from sufficient to create a safe living environment.

The Evans Family NEEDS OUR HELP!

This situation is beyond their financial means, but they are determined to return to a healthy and safe home. I kindly request your support in the following ways:
