On what should have been an ordinary workday, Matt Estep suffered a devastating workplace accident that changed his family’s life in an instant. He lost a portion of his hand and two fingers and now faces a long road of surgeries, rehabilitation, healing, and learning to adapt to a new way of life. While workers’ compensation is expected to help with Matt’s lost income, the challenges their family faces go far beyond a paycheck.
