Help the Emmert Family Rebuild After House Fire

Donation protected
Michelle Emmert (Workman), her husband Dan Emmert, and their two children, Chase and Kennedy, lost everything in a devastating house fire tonight, May 12th, on Conwell Street in Aurora, Indiana. The fire destroyed their home and all their belongings, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Tragically, they also lost their two beloved canine companions in the fire. The Emmert family has lived in this community for most of their lives, and now they are facing the unimaginable challenge of starting over from ground zero.

Currently, Michelle, Dan, Chase, and Kennedy are displaced and in urgent need of support. They require everything from clothing and personal items to assistance in finding a new place to live. With no homeowners insurance to help them recover, they are relying on the kindness of friends, family, and the community to help them rebuild. Donations will go directly toward providing essentials, securing temporary housing, and helping them begin the process of finding a new home.

We are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, but the road ahead will be difficult. Any support you can offer—whether through donations or sharing this fundraiser—will make a meaningful difference as the Emmert family works to rebuild their lives. Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
