I am fundraising for Age UK because we all eventually become old, vulnerable, lose contact with the outside world & will be in a scary position of anxiety for what the future holds. Not being able to work, not being able to do as much as we once used to, knowing our bodies are getting frail and time is against us.
It’s time every generation take care of their elders old school style! Raise money and awareness so that a better quality of life can be provided. From person-centred care, activities, warmer homes, sitters to help loneliness, therapy, appointments, shopping etc
PLEASE, PLEASE donate as much or as little as you possibly can. No donation is too small and each and every penny is greatly appreciated by many.
As part of this fundraising journey I will be braving myself up to jump out of a plane and sky dive. Anyone wanting to watch can message me for further details of date, time and location of sky dive booking. £400 will be funding the sky dive. The rest is split between 4 other charities including; children’s hospital, cancer research, age UK and 1 other which I am yet to decide. If you could recommend one this could help keep my options open?
