Help the Edwards Rebuild After Helene

My name is Holly Lindsey and I am a resident of Black Mountain, NC and a local Realtor. Our friends and loved ones were affected by Hurrican Helene here in Western NC, including my best friends.

The Edwards lost their home in Old Fort, NC. While they were not home during the storm, neighbors sent pictures to them as the other surrounding houses washed away. Water washed through the entire house blowing out walls and destroying everything inside.

They applied to FEMA and have been denied. FEMA called their home "habitable." They are still in the appeal process.

Please consider donating to a local family to help them try and rebuild so much of what has been lost. They have a place to stay- so they do not need a camper, or supplies at this point. Donating money is th best way we can help them restore what is lost.
