Help the Edwards Family During Amy's Fight

Amy Bennett Edwards is my heart and my sister, the beloved wife of Brady Edwards, the loving mother of their two children, Collin and Riley, and a treasured daughter, sister and friend to many. Our world shattered in late October when we received the devastating news that Amy has Stage IV lung cancer which has spread to her brain, spine, hip and other internal organs.

If you know Amy, you know that she is a warrior and is determined to fight this with every ounce of her being. She draws strength from the support of her loving family and friends, and her deep spiritual faith in God's plan for her. Amy has already undergone a craniotomy to remove a life-threatening tumor located near her brain stem. She completed whole-brain radiation therapy in December and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Unfortunately, these treatments include significant side effects that prevent her from being able to resume her work life at this time.

It is typically not in our family's nature to ask for help, but this situation is different. They are facing the prospect of mounting medical bills, and diminished personal income to address all of those needs and more. We have established this GoFundMe campaign in an attempt to raise funds to help reduce the financial burden of the worry associated with her family's financial concerns.

All funds donated will go directly to a bank account solely owned by Amy and Brady, dedicated to addressing the mounting financial needs of her family as they navigate this challenging period. Your generosity will be appreciated more than all who love Amy can express.
