I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea for support for a dear friend's family, who are going through a very challenging time. Daryl and her siblings have been paying cash out of pocket for several months for their mother (Erlinda Dulang)'s cancer treatment. The Dulang family, from a small town in the Philippines, have always been known for their kindness and generosity. But now, they are facing a crisis that no family should have to endure alone. Even going so far as selling personal possessions to make up for the immense cost. Erlinda was recently upgraded to a higher level of care which costs $600 per day. This family has a very special place in my heart and it aches for them.

Having to watch your parent go through cancer treatment in itself is difficult enough, but to add on the financial burden of her hospital stays is more than one family can bear.
