Help Dukes cover losses: Tornado damage 3 times in 2.5yrs

I am Evangeline Carr, Realtor. I am organizing this fundraiser to benefit my clients who were impacted by tornadoes and windstorms 3 times in a 2.5 year period in the Griffin, GA area. The 1/12/23 tornado damaged a house they owned, and damaged a house they were renting. Another home they were renting while repairs were being made was damaged in the tornado/wind storms 4/7/25 and the repairs on their home have not been completed . 2 vehicles were totaled in 2023. 2 vehicles badly damaged in 2025. The Insurance company red tape, delays, changes in frequent changes to the assigned adjuster, slow responses from managers, coverage denials have been devastating. Your financial support is greatly needed.

Thomas and Allison Dukes have a daughter 18 years old, and sons ages 8,6,5, and 3, baby girl joined the family in early August 2025. Their experience has been extremely life disrupting, financially devastating, emotionally painful.

The family experienced great hardship due to storm impact.

many delays by the insurance companies, delayed housing, lengthy process to get legitimate licensed/insured contractors who were available, multiple changes in adjusters, contractors quote and work schedule delays.

They lost many sentimental belongings, some items found blocks away. making inventory and assigning value to every item damaged is a monstrous task as is moving things to storage

for insurance.

Your support will help offset deductibles, moving expenses, auto replacement deductibles, multiple storage units, medical expenses, counseling, temporary housing, demolition/dumping/recycling fees, yard and property clean up, and more.
