This fundraiser has been created to support Josh Duffy and his wife, Jessica, as they face an incredibly difficult battle. Josh proudly serves our community as a Deputy with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, dedicating his time to protecting and serving others. Now, his family needs the support of the community he works so hard for.
Jessica, an elementary school teacher who served students in both Henry County and Patrick County, was first diagnosed with cancer in April of 2025. After courageously fighting the disease, Jessica was able to beat cancer and begin moving forward with her life and family. Sadly, just before Christmas in December of 2025, the cancer returned.
Since then, Jessica has had to step away from her career in order to focus on treatments, doctor visits, and hospital stays. Through it all, Jessica and Josh are doing their best to remain strong for their two young boys while navigating the emotional and financial challenges that come with this fight.
Jessica has spent her life helping and caring for others as a teacher, and Josh continues to serve our community every day as a law enforcement officer. This fundraiser has been created to help ease the burden of medical expenses, travel for treatments, and everyday needs so the Duffy family can focus on what matters most, Jessica’s health and time together as a family.
Any donation, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping the Duffy family in your thoughts and prayers as they continue this fight.
This fundraiser is being organized by Michael Wagoner on behalf of Josh and Jessica Duffy. All funds raised will go directly to the Duffy family to assist with Jessica’s medical expenses, travel for treatments, and other related needs as they continue this fight.
