on wed. Jan. 26th while Derek was on his way to work out Out at Handford. The vanpool they were in was tboned by a driver who ran a stop sign. They went off road and flipped 4 times then landed up right in the van.

 

Derek has a broken neck in 3 places, down his spine into his back he has an additional 5 broken Vertebrae throughout his back.

 

His face was cut open on the top in his hair line and along his face from eyelid to tear duct on the opposite side.

 

He has A LOT of healing and physical therapy ahead of him. They have 2 small children and as you can imagine on top of healing income is now worrisome!

 

This money will help pay all their expensive while Derek is at home resting and his wife Taylor takes time off to be his caretaker.
