Hello, friends, family, and unknown angels.

My name is Sierra, and I’m reaching out on behalf of two of the most resilient, loving people I know: Tiffany and Marcus Doyle, and their two beautiful daughters.

They would never ask for this themselves. That’s exactly why I’m asking for them.

Last year, Marcus was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given approximately one year to live. He has already beaten that timeline, a testament to his strength and the fierce love of his family holding him up. Right now, Marcus is still on his feet and working to support his family, which speaks volumes about the kind of man he is. But the road ahead is getting harder. He is now entering a more intensive phase of chemotherapy, and the physical and financial toll on this family is only going to grow.

And then came another blow. Tiffany, who has been the steady backbone of this family through it all, is facing a layoff from her position with the Sacramento School District. With that job goes their benefits and the affordable health insurance that their family desperately needs right now, of all times.

The people who love the Doyles are showing up in every way we can. But we know it won’t be enough. Not for the medical bills. Not for the days when Marcus is too sick to work or push through. Not for what comes after this fight, whatever that looks like.
