The Dough Station is a small family owned pizza restaurant in Castroville Texas, that has become a gathering place for friends, families, and neighbors in our community. Thanks to the incredible support from everyone, our business has grown quickly the past two years. However, our current pizza oven is small and sits on a catering trailer, which limits how many pizzas we can cook at once. As a result, during our busiest times, customers are waiting longer for their food, and we know we can do better!

To keep up with demand and continue providing an amazing experience, we need to invest in a larger, permanent oven. The new oven we're hoping to purchase is designed to hold heat more efficiently and cook pizzas faster and more consistently. This upgrade will allow us to serve more people, reduce wait times, and improve the quality of every pizza that comes out of our kitchen.

We have always believed that we are more than just a pizza shop—we are a place where friends gather, families celebrate, neighbors connect, and strangers become new friends. This upgrade is about more than pizza. It's about creating a stronger future for our team and our community. Faster service means happier customers, more business, and more opportunities for our hardworking amazing crew through increased hours and better tips. It means continuing to provide jobs, community gathering spaces, and a local business that our town can be proud of.
