Help the Dormani Family Go Home
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Angelina Dormani. It’s been a year and ten months since my daddy, Frank Dormani, was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer, and it rapidly spread to his liver. My daddy fought hard, the strongest soldier I know. He went to every single doctors appointment, he woke up at 5:00 am every morning to make his juices, he laughed and made sure we all felt loved even when the pain was unbearable. My family and I have more information about cancer than anyone ever should have. Our lives have been chemo visits, rushes to the hospital in the middle of the night, crying into our pillows because seeing him in pain and fight so hard for a battle he couldn’t win was devastating. Sadly, he lost his battle to cancer June 23rd, at 7:34 pm. He passed with me, my brothers, mommy, and aunt reassuring him it’s okay, and how loved he is. And he was so loved. He fought as long and hard as he did for us, not for himself. He was the most unselfish person imaginable, and now that he is gone we don’t know how to go on without his guidance. Wanting to be buried back home in NY while we’ve been living in North Carolina has brought forth many financial struggles. If he is being buried there, we want to be there with him. But the hospital visits, and the postmortem services have taken a hit on us. Anything you are willing to donate would be so deeply appreciated during this trying time. We just want to be wherever he is, because he is our home.
