Help the Dollhouse

Hello! Bri here. If you've ever enjoyed an event, a party, a weekend, at the Dollhouse, we could really use your help right now.
For over a week now, we've been suffering a mysterious sewage blockage, probably from some tree roots. We need to replace at least one pipe, and very likely more. We're not certain what they'll find when they remove the problem; it could be a quick and simple job, or it could be a lot more intrusive. Luckily, they've been able to clean it enough for us to handwash some dishes and occasionally flush a toilet - but no showers, no laundry, and we're being very careful.
As you may suspect, this is about to get very expensive. It is an unexpected blow. To cover all of this will be major struggle and setback. Between the general rising cost of living, and my struggle to find consistent work over the last couple years, we are reaching the end of our funds.
Dave and I have always held the Dollhouse to be a place for folks to gather, rest, land, enjoy, make art, make merry. I feel so blessed to have this space to host Salons, weird immersive art, parties (so many) both wild and relaxed, friends who need a bed for a night or more. It's a lot of work and money, but it's worth it to us. We would deeply appreciate your support right now so we can keep our heads and floorboards above water.
The Costs:
If we're super lucky, and they only have to replace the one pipe and clean the lines, it'll be $12.5k.
If we're unfortunate and they have to go all the way to the street, it'll be another $11.k.
Putting us at $23.5k.
The first half we can just barely manage; the second half will really hurt.
I put $4k for the goal as a wild hope. Even $1k would help right now. A few dollars and a thumbs up for morale would mean a lot to us.
I believe it is just as important to share our struggles as it is our joy. Whether or not you can help right now, thank you for being a part of our community.
