This week Hannah and Tom Dillon unexpectedly learned that their 7th grade son James would undergo brain surgery. The Dillons are a cherished family living in Clinton, NY.  James' sister Rosalee is in 10th grade at Clinton High School and is concerned about her little brother. So many people are eager to support them at this time with any financial expenses they face which is the reason this Go Fund Me was created.
