Help the Derin Stidd Family

Derin Stidd is a Husband, Father, Pastor of a small local church in Indiana, and the Assistant National Director of Operation Save America. On Jan 8, 2022 after speaking at his aunt's funeral, he slipped on ice, hitting his head on the doorframe of his truck, was knocked unconscious briefly, ultimately suffering a severe concussion. Two weeks later after symptoms had not subsided, Derin sought help from a neurological specialist who is recommending an intensive treatment program. Currently Derin is unable to work, write, preach, teach, or do much of anything beyond sit in a quiet room nursing a pounding headache and extreme sensitivity to all sensory systems. The neurologist explained he has post concussion syndrome and his brain is stuck in fight or flight mode. 

The therapies Derin needs for the next couple weeks will help to calm his brain and then coax his brain into gentle function again, but the treatment is expensive and the costs for this alternative method will be out of pocket. Derin's wife Katrina is due with their 9th baby in March and they are hoping his recovery will be jump started enough so that he is able to be functional when the baby arrives. 

Any amount would be a tremendous blessing as the family travels to and from the treatment center daily for the next couple weeks. The Doctor even lowered the treatment and supplement cost after learning Derin served in ministry, but this is not an expense the family can manage, however it is urgently needed to get him back on his feet.
