This is the Delgado Family: Javier, Irene, daughter Chelsea, son Jack, the twins Jilly and Janie, and Dublin, their dog. They lived on the South Fork New River in Boone, North Carolina. Due to the extreme flooding from Helene, they have lost everything: their home, vehicle, and personal belongings. Javier has just retired from 28 years in the military, and they moved into their retirement home. Everything they had is gone, and they are currently homeless.
