Kevin was in a terrible car accident on September 5th with several severe injuries and is still recovering at UMMC. He is expected to have a 4 month recovery period before he is up and going again.

Like most families right now, their financial cushion is low.

Losing Kevin’s income will make paying bills and buying groceries very difficult. 

We want to try to ease the burden on Amanda, so she can spend the next few months focusing on Kevin's care and recovery while he is solely reliant on her. This will help with traveling back and forth to therapy and doctor's appointments as well as making ends meet. They are always the type to give to anyone who needs it whenever they can, so maybe we can all chip in and help them during this difficult time.
