Finn Oliver Davis was born the day after Resurrection Sunday, April 21, 2025. For five beautiful weeks everything in life seemed perfect, adding child number three into the family; Finn being the first Davis boy grandbaby. But on May 29th, Finn began showing signs that something serious was happening in his little body. Levi and Hannah (dad and mom) rushed him to Cooks Children’s Hospital where tests revealed Finn was experiencing multiple brain bleeds which required immediate brain surgery. Our world was turned upside down. For the next seven weeks, Finn was in the hospital, with mom and dad never leaving his side, while friends and family rotated caregiving for big sisters, Sloan (5) and Willow (3). Many of those weeks Finn was in critical condition, in the PICU, being closely monitored. He underwent a total of four major brain surgeries during that time. To say this was the most traumatic event our family has experienced is an understatement. We are so grateful to God that Finn was released from the hospital on July 16th. He was not released with a clean bill of health, but with the hope that with God’s intervention and future quality therapies, Finn will live out the story God has written for him. Quality neurological rehabilitation therapy is a necessity that is a huge investment needed for Finn’s recovery.

The Neurosolution Center of Austin was referred to Levi and Hannah and has given them the hope they are willing to try. Of course we need your help to make this a reality for Finn’s rehab and therapy. The cost is $10,000 per week and could last up to three weeks for a total of $30,000. Since coming home from the hospital Levi has not been able to go back to work as Finn requires 24-7 care. Our family has no words to adequately express the gratitude we have for everyone who has given financially, prayerfully, emotionally, as well as the practical acts of kindness in food gifts, caring for the girls, and everything in-between. We are humbled by the generosity of this loving community!
