Help Daniel And His Family

Hello friends and family! If you dont already know, Daniel Creech has been diagnosed with a rare case of Stage 4 GIST Cancer (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors). There are multiple large masses in his chest and abdomen that are wrapped around his aorta and pushing on his heart, esophagus, trachea, lungs, spleen and other vital organs making it currently inoperable. The pressure is "flattening" his heart and restricting the blood flow to his left atrium and the pressure on his esophagus makes swallowing difficult so he may need a feeding tube to avoid aspiration. He has begun chemotherapy to try shrinking the tumors enough to be surgically removed. This is going to likely take years of chemotherapy and require surgery/surgeries due to the severity of the cancer.

Daniel has been the full time caretaker for his mother with Alzheimer's since May 2020. He had to leave his full time employment to care for her. While this was a financial burden on the family, he felt it was the right thing to do for his mother. He was finally able to go back to full time work 3 weeks prior to being diagnosed with GIST cancer.

Daniel and his wife, Samantha "Samm", are faced with huge financial burdens ahead. After going through most of their savings to care for Daniel's mother, they do not know how they will afford future expenses. Any funds raised will help cover his extended hospital admittance, chemotherapy, doctors visits, surgery as well as living expenses as Daniel is unable to work and Samm having to take time away from her business (Southern Naturals) to help care for her husband.

For those fortunate to know Daniel, they know he is a loving husband to Samm and father to his 3 sons Austin, Daniel, and Dakota. He has been a light in the lives of many people. He has been a youth pastor and a servant for the Lord Jesus Christ for almost 25 years, "Coach Creech" to hundreds of youth in baseball, football, wrestling and basketball and volunteers his time with Royal Family Kids Camp (a camp for foster children). Daniel always put others before himself whenever he has the chance.

Daniel is now facing a fight that will impact his entire family mentally, physically, and financially for a very long time. He is going to need all the love and support that he and his family can get during this difficult time.
