In the heart of Gaza, amidst the relentless conflict, the Dalloul family of nine struggles to survive and maintain hope. Dr. Abdullah Dalloul, a dedicated surgeon, has tirelessly worked in Al-Shifaa Hospital, healing the injured and saving lives during the war. Despite his heroic efforts, he faces an insurmountable struggle to protect his own family.

Abdullah's wife, Alia, is overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness. She is unable to shield their children from the constant danger that surrounds them. Their four daughters, all university students, see their dreams of having great careers slipping away due to the devastating situation.

The war has upended the lives of the Dalloul family. They have been forced to leave their home and move repeatedly in search of safety, ending up in a tent. They face severe health issues and extreme weather conditions, with the tent becoming unbearably hot on sunny days and leaking during the winter. Their home and belongings have been lost leaving them with nothing.

Tragically, the family has lost two relatives, and several others are injured, waiting in long queues for proper medical treatment.
