My dad and I opened The Daily Grind in the summer of 2016, and there hasn't been a dull moment since.
It has been a pleasure to serve lake forest and surrounding areas with a simple sale of fresh meats to throw on the grill, or catering parties with 500 guest along with everything in-between.
We have had the pleasure of bringing family and friends together with high quality meats, seafood and sides made from scratch on the dinner table.
To say The Daily Grind has had its fair share of set backs would be an understatement. We are far from where we want to be, but I am proud of how far we've come, and how many struggles we have been able to over come. This little small business is growing everyday.
Our doors may be open for business, however we have been strongly effected with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Catering is a huge source of income for our store, and we rely on parties to pay for many of our expenses. As everyone already knows we are also dealing with a limited meat supply, with prices rising everyday, and product becoming harder to get. Our sales have dropped more then 50% and our fixed expenses remain the same.
As hard as it is, Im asking for help for financial relief during these uncertain times. We are beyond grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Thank you all so much. #SmallBusinessRelief
