Help Alves da Silva Family-home destroyed by fire

Hi, My name is Wendy Green and I am the Property Manager at Sugar Mill Residents' Association, Inc. in Johns Creek, Georgia. The Alves da Silva family lost their home and family dog in a fire today. The house is a total loss.

Carlos Alves da Silva, his wife Geisielle along with their three boys moved into Sugar Mill at the end of October 2022. The boys are students at Wilson Creek Elementary, River Trail Middle School and Northview High School.

The Association assisted with the essentials for the next few days including toiletries and a couple of changes of clothes (tops, pants, underwear, socks, shorts) for Geisielle and the boys. Carlos was out of town and is on his way back. They will have a short-term place to stay provided by insurance.

If you would like to help the family in any way, you may donate to this Gofundme, drop off donations at the clubhouse located at 7095 Sweet Creek Road or drop off gift cards at the clubhouse or in the Association dropbox by the playground.
