Help the Crazy Cadles

You all know them...they both do everything for everyone else and not much for themselves. My dad has been self-employed for years (and that means sub-par health insurance). My mom works in childcare and walks dogs ALL the time. They both never stop.

Well, it's starting to catch up. My mom started getting sick right around Valentine's Day and spent most of that day in the ER, and after 16 hours was finally diagnosed with mono. Unheard of in older people, but apparently, anyone can get it...when all she thought it was..was the flu or a stomach bug that had caused severe dehydration.

With that alone and their health insurance, I thought about setting this up but I also know how my dad is. WHICH IS WHY THIS IS A SECRET GOFUNDME. I did tell my mom I was doing this, she is aware.

He hates asking for help...and I'm sure all of you reading this know how stubborn and hard-headed they both are (it's not genetic, I swear lol).

Now that my mom has been struggling with intense pain for the past few days, and my dad had to take her back to an ER (and thank God for Harford Memorial)....AND being admitted, I said screw it, I'm setting it up.

Also, did I mention my sister is getting married in June?! Oh yes. My dad was just feeling good about their financial situation when all of this unfolded. He might tell you they will figure it out, but I can assure you these bills are going to slam them hard.

My mom is stressed because she knows my dad is stressed over how much this is going to cost. So I'll stop my rambling now, and just ask for you to give what you can, if anything. Or just bring my dad some Bird Dog, or my mom some Boordy wine when this is all over :)
