Seven-month-old Bronson was born with a port-wine stain birthmark. He has had relatively limited complications up until this past weekend.

The family was en route for a weekend getaway when the unexpected happened. Baby Bronson was discovered having seizures in the backseat of his family's vehicle on their way to visit the mountains. An ambulance was called, and he was transported to York Hospital. After staying in the hospital overnight, he was airlifted to Penn State Children's Hospital in Hershey, PA for more specialized care.

Bronson experienced additional seizures, and after many tests, was diagnosed with Sturge Weber Syndrome, epilepsy, and glaucoma.

He is still a patient in the hospital, and the doctors are figuring out the right combination of medications to treat his condition.

Bronson's parents, LJ and Alishia, will both be out of work until his condition is stable and he can return home. They are having to purchase meals daily at the hospital and are currently staying in the pediatric room with him. We are hoping that we can help supplement their income while they are handling these challenges and continue to care for their 5-year-old daughter in the meantime.
