Amy went in to a seemingly routine surgery on December 19th. Due to a complication during that surgery Amy went septic. Much of her bowel was damaged and died. She has underwent multiple surgeries and is still in ICU with not much known about going forward at this point other than there seem to be many more surgeries on the horizon. Amy is married and her and Phillip have two beautiful school aged children. With both Amy and Phillip unable to return to work a donation would be put toward household bills and travel expenses during this tragic period in their lives.
