Help the Cline family overcome financial hardship

Hi friends/family,

It’s very difficult for me to reach out and ask for help, but we’ve exhausted all our resources and don’t have any other options at this point. We are struggling to get our heads above water after many setbacks putting us in a very hard position financially that we can’t seem to get out of.

Three years ago, my husband lost his stable job. Since then, he's been trying to make ends meet through temporary jobs and gig work, but it hasn't been enough to support us. He's been applying for jobs tirelessly and is currently juggling a few delivery jobs, hoping for a more permanent role soon.

Around the same time, my car broke down and we had to finance a new one. Unfortunately, my husband lost his new job shortly after, and I've been trying to keep our heads above water ever since.

I've been working two jobs to fend for us, but I now have to take a medical leave from both. We've been resorting to payday loans and installment loans as a temporary solution, but they've become a burden we're struggling to lift.

Currently, we're two months behind on rent and phone bills, and our vehicle payments are also overdue. Rent is our top priority and our phone as a close second because we need to have a way to communicate with our daughter.

• Rent (most pressing): $1,300 each for both December and January

• Phone bills: $696 for the past two months. We need our phones for gig work and to stay connected with our teenager.

• Payday loans: $2,298 in total; $1,090 for my husband and $1,208 for me.

• Installment loan: $1,200

• Land payment: $785

• Car Payment: $1440, to be paid in three installments of $480 by January 17th, January 31st, and February 14th

• Car registration/tags: $1,200

• Truck payment: $600 to bring it current.

I'm willing to set up a repayment plan if anyone is able to help. We’re just holding out right now for my bonus in March that we can use to get back ahead.
