I met a man with a heart of gold.  He has dedicated his life to saving abandoned children from the dangerous streets of Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.  Pastor Joel has built an orphanage there and it's a safe haven...an earthquake proof building.  But there are many mouths to feed and many more kids who are still stuck on the streets.
