Help the Ceccarelli Family Pay Medical Expenses

Please consider donating to the Ceccarelli family as their son Jacob "Checkers" Ceccarelli undergoes care and treatment for a brain tumor.

 

Through extraordinary circumstances, after days of intense headaches, his inspired mother demanded further testing before Checkers was scheduled to join the High School Varsity lacrosse team on their spring break trip to North Carolina.

 

What the Doctor's found in the CT scan was not only the cause of the headaches; it would place Checkers in a battle for his life. A tumor the size of a ping pong ball was found in the center of his brain. Surrounding the tumor was fluid buildup, putting pressure on the brain.

 

To quote Checker's father: "Fortunately, Checkers has been blessed with friendships and teammates who've taught him how to fight. They've stuck by his side over the years and are his strength and source of courage and drive. This marathon will take a heavy toll...but with the love and support of those in his cheering section...Checkers will surely finish this journey victoriously."

 

Checkers is one of the most reliable, hardworking, caring, nice, and courageous people his friends and teammates have ever met. In his years of playing lacrosse, no one can think of an event that Checkers missed. Checkers becomes friends with anyone he meets and wouldn't think twice about helping someone in need. He has the biggest heart of anyone you will ever meet.

 

All donations will go directly to the Ceccarelli family to help pay for the extensive medical expenses that have been accrued during this journey. Any and all donations will help.
